Honestly I'd save up my money and get a Hot Toys 1/6 Pred. Having finally seen them in person at The Con, these figs are just incredible.

I wanted to send a money-order by mail, so I got the money order today, and plan to mail it out tomorrow along with my shipping info and a note explaining what I want.

(I actually called The Spider's Web 1-800 number today under the impression that I could give them my information, sort of let them know they got an order and payment coming to them, and they could go ahead and enter it into the computer or whatever, but the impression I got from the guy I talked to, that wasn't the case; I actually felt like a dumbass a bit.

<font size="4">And about the shipping discount- in an email I sent to SpawnToys about that, I got a reply saying that a boardmember was only good for the discount if the order contained at least 3 figures.</font> [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]

That also brings something else up... I've already got the money order made out to The Spider's Web for $40 even; my total was $39.95. I guess just go ahead and charge me full... no biggie since I've already got it ready to be mailed.

It's a lot more trouble than simply ordering over the Internet, but I don't trust entering any info on my computer. Your side of the deal may be safe, but I don't trust mine.

Everything should be cool, right? The money-order going out tomorrow, like I said, also contains my address and explanatory letter for the 12" Scar Predator. I don't think I have to emphasize that I don't want the Stealth version...? [img]wink.gif[/img]

Maybe I confused somebody with "product discount" instead of "shipping discount". But then again "shipping discount is mentioned at the end of the letter.
